• The period for returning or exchanging purchased items is 14 days from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that the original invoice is presented.

Cases in which the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product:

• If the nature, characteristics, packaging, or wrapping of the product prevents it from being returned or exchanged, or requires it to be restored to its original condition at the time of purchase.

• If the product is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to reasons attributable to the customer.

• If the product is incomplete, including missing free gifts, accessories, or original packaging.

• If the original purchase invoice is not available.

• If the product has a manufacturing defect, in which case it should be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
